Do I need an appointment for emergency care?

No appointment is needed. We're open 24/7 and always ready for walk-ins—because emergencies rarely happen on a schedule. If your pet is in distress or showing signs of illness, come in right away. We're here whenever you need us. 

What is considered a medical emergency?

A medical emergency is any condition that’s life-threatening or requires immediate attention. Common signs include: 

  • Trauma, such as being hit by a vehicle or attacked by another animal 
  • Ingesting toxic foods or substances 
  • Increased breathing rate or difficulty breathing 
  • Vomiting or diarrhea in puppies or kittens 
  • Repeated vomiting or multiple episodes of diarrhea in adult dogs 
  • Persistent retching 
  • Blood in urine or difficulty urinating 
  • Red, swollen, or painful eyes 
  • Swollen or distended abdomen
