What Happens When Your Pet Arrives

Step 1. Triage Assessment

Upon arrival, your pet will go through a triage assessment to determine the urgency of their condition. We will prioritize life-threatening cases* immediately while providing clear communication throughout the process.

*If your pet’s condition changes during your visit, please notify us immediately so we can reassess their triage level.

Step 2. Initial Treatment

Our veterinarians will then begin diagnostic tests and initial treatments as needed to ensure your pet is stable and comfortable.
