Welcome to EVCC Westville

In 2001, 36 area Veterinarians saw the growing need for an emergency center in Northwest Indiana (NWI). They pooled their resources, worked together, and created the formerly known North Central Veterinary Emergency Centers (NCVEC) with one mission in mind, to be the leader in providing high-quality emergency and critical pet health care in Indiana.

Now, with 20 years of experience, an AAHA accreditation, 4 locations, and our sights set on growth outside of Indiana, we realized our name needed to better align with our goals. Thus, Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC) was born. EVCC represents our vision to expand into communities across the country that need us most. We are still the same great people offering the same great veterinary care you’ve grown to trust; we just have a new name.

We’re AAHA Accredited

What sets Emergency Veterinary Care Centers - Westville apart from other emergency hospitals in the area, is that we are backed by an accreditation with the American Animal Hospital Association. This is a designation earned by only 15% of veterinary practices in the United States and Canada. This accreditation shows our commitment to pursuing newer and better protocols to continue improving the level of care we offer.
