Our ER Wait Times

Just like in human emergency rooms, we follow a triage system to make sure the most critical patients are treated first.

When you arrive, our team will promptly evaluate your pet’s condition and prioritize care based on the level of urgency. While some pets may need immediate treatment, others who are stable may be safe to wait a little longer.*

Our priority is to deliver exceptional care while keeping wait times as reasonable as possible, ensuring every pet receives the attention they need.

*If your pet’s condition changes at any point during your visit, please notify us right away so we can re-evaluate their status.
