What Your Neighbors Are Saying About EVCC Westville

"We were referred here by the EVCC in Mishawaka [which was full at the time; we had visited the EVCC in Mishawaka the previous year for a different pet].

Overall, a friendly and efficient visit. Only vet that has ever pronounced this pet's name correctly (Firo). We find their prices reasonable for emergency vet care [but this opinion may vary greatly depending on the pet owner].

We liked that there were vending machines, water, hot cocoa, and coffee supplies there while we waited."

Anna E.

"The staff were incredible. I couldn't believe how well the lobby was designed to be calming and comforting, from blankets to lighting. Every staff member was kind and helpful and the vet was willing to devote as much time to me as needed, to answer questions and concerns I had about my sweet baby boy, Bingo.

As long as I live in MI, I will never choose another emergency clinic. I appreciated the incredible customer service that included positive and kind attitudes, clear and helpful instructions, and thorough communication regarding diagnostics/medical treatment."

Cala M.

"My schnauzer has been in the hospital for two days. The doctors the staff everyone has been super great and has pulled Toby through his difficult time. If I have a pet and that pet is sick, it will come there for emergency care. They are the best.

It’s an hour's drive for me, but it’s well worth the hour. They have saved Toby twice. I think each and one of them for their expert professional help with my beloved Toby. God bless all of you.”

Ross M.

I was so glad when I was able to take 'Whitney' (my cat) to this facility. The drive was an hour long, but well worth it. She stayed there two days, and they kept updating me on her condition.

Their knowledge and customer service were commendable. Whitney is a Himalayan/Ragdoll mix. So glad she is doing well!
