You may also contact the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435 for additional guidance (a consultation fee may apply).

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We partner with CareCredit, Trupanion, and VetBilling to help make emergency care more financially manageable. Visit here for more details.

Why should I take my pet to EVCC – Mishawaka versus another ER vet?

EVCC is more than just an emergency hospital—we’re a compassionate, community-based team with a mission to serve pets and their families when they need us most.

We were founded in 2003 by 36 local veterinarians to fill a vital need for emergency pet care in the Midwest. Today, we remain independently owned and operated, with more than 20 years of experience and ongoing leadership from 18 of our original founding doctors.

Because we’re not part of a corporate chain, every decision we make is guided by one thing: what’s best for your pet. Our independence allows us to offer truly personalized, quality care without compromise, and to treat every patient as if they were our own. Learn more about the EVCC story.
