How to Refer a Patient to EVCC
We appreciate your trust in our abilities to care for your patients. To refer a pet to EVCC, follow these steps:
Contact us via phone to notify our team of your patient’s arrival. One of our ER vets will discuss your patient’s treatment options and provide a rough cost estimate.
Please send over any and all patient health records to the facility so we can deliver the best care.
We work on a triage basis, so let your client know that we will treat your patient as quickly as we are able.
You will receive a patient summary within 24 hours of discharge so you can provide the necessary follow-up care.

We are here to help you. Emergency is all we do, so once we have completed your patient’s treatment, we send them back to you for follow-up care.
Communication
is Key
You are welcome to call and check in on your patient whenever you’d like. We will also provide you with a summary 24 hours after your patient is discharged.
