A few things to keep in mind...
- This is not an appointment. Your pet’s estimated visit time is just that—an estimate. Visit times can change based on caseload and the urgency of other patients' needs.
- To keep things simple and stress-free, we’ll send you text updates to let you know when to come in. If there’s a change in your estimated visit time, we’ll notify you right away.
- If your pet is experiencing a crisis or needs immediate care, please don’t wait. Call us or come in right away!
- When you arrive, we’ll assess your pet’s condition. If their situation is critical, they’ll be seen immediately. If they’re stable, your reserved place in line will be held.

When you arrive, our veterinary team will quickly evaluate your pet’s condition. Pets in critical condition are treated immediately, while stable patients may need to wait as we prioritize the most urgent cases first.*
