  • 1

    Reviewing Detailed Treatment Plan (Estimate)

  • 2

    Signing the Consent Form

Next, you'll sign a consent form for hospitalization, including specifying CPR/DNR status.

Before you leave, we make sure to answer any initial questions about your pet's care plan and explain how we’ll keep you updated.

  • 4

    Patient Updates

We follow the “no news is good news” rule, meaning we won’t call you unless there’s a change in your pet’s condition. However, feel free to call us at your convenience to check in. Our team changes shifts twice a day, so it’s best to reach out either before 6 AM/PM or after 9 AM/PM for the most comprehensive update.

  • 5

    Making Your Pet Comfortable

Your pet will be comfortably settled in a kennel or run with cozy blankets, pillows, and food/water bowls (when needed).

  • 6

    Tracking Care

Our doctor and ICU tech will set up a whiteboard to track all the activities and treatments your pet receives during their stay.

  • 7

    Beginning Treatment

We’ll begin treatment and ensure your pet receives the best possible care.
